Lung Cancer Surgery Research

Professor Chris Cao has contributed extensively to research examining the surgical management of lung cancer, including non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), minimally invasive surgical techniques, pulmonary resection and patient outcomes.

His published research spans comparisons of video-assisted thoracic surgery (VATS) and open thoracotomy, different approaches to pulmonary resection, and the continuing evolution of minimally invasive and robotic techniques in thoracic surgery.

This collection brings together Professor Cao's published research relating to lung cancer surgery and associated areas of thoracic surgical practice.
