Robotic Thoracic Surgery Research

Professor Chris Cao has contributed extensively to research examining the development, safety and outcomes of robotic thoracic surgery, particularly in the treatment of lung disease and thoracic cancers.

His published research includes studies of robotic-assisted pulmonary resection, lobectomy, perioperative outcomes and the use of robotic techniques as an alternative to conventional minimally invasive and open surgical approaches.

This collection brings together Professor Cao's published research relating to robotic thoracic surgery and the continuing evolution of robotic techniques in thoracic surgical practice.
